Top Ten Brand Blogs

Today’s Top Ten is dedicated to the top ten brand blogs.  We know many brands use Facebook and Twitter, but what about blogs?  Did you know some of your favorite brands have great blogs where you can find inside information, useful tips and of course voice your opinion and ask questions.  Here is our list of the Top Ten Brands that Blog:

1- Netflix

For those of you who don’t yet have a Netflix account, what are you waiting for. They have thousands of great movies, television shows, documentaries and cartoons for the kids.  You can have movie’s sent to your home address but you can also watch movies right on your computer or on even television.

All that being said, we just love the Netflix Blog.  The minds behind the Netflix Blog, T. Willerer, Rich Ezekiel, Lynn Tran and much more share the best ways to use Netflix and insider tips and tricks to get the most out of your Netflix experience.  Some of my favorite posts are:

This is one of my favorite blogs! For those of you who read Mashable you’ve probably read one of these posts on their site. This blog isn’t about American Express, but instead, is dedicated to helping small business grow and succeed. They have expert bloggers like Guy Kawasaki, Mashable’s Adam Ostrow, Small Business Trends Anita Campbell, Business Insiders Henry Blodget, and many many more!  These experts post about everything and anything that can help small businesses succeed during these hard times. 4- Clorox’s Dr. Laundry

If you can’t figure out how to get those pesky stains out of your favorite shirt this is the blog for you.  It makes sense that a cleaning detergent brand would have a blog dedicated to keeping your clothes clean. Clorox does more than just sell laundry detergent, they write about how to keep your whites white no matter how bad the stain! Here are some of our favorite series:

5- Coca-Cola Conversations

Coca-Cola has been around since the late 19th century and ever since it has been a staple of many people’s lives.  Although Coca-cola is a simple beverage it has been the source of conversation, art and rumors for as long as it’s been in existence.  The Coca-Cola Conversation blog is dedicated to information on a wide variety of topics, ranging from Coke’s role in history to Coke collectibles. My favorite part of this blog is this one sentence they have right on the front of their blog: However, the blog only works if there is a two-way dialogue. We look forward to chatting with you!

6- Disney Parks Blog

No matter how old we are there is always a little kid somewhere within us. Disney’s Park Blog is a great way to explore the parks without leaving home. If your planning a family vacation, want to take a trip down memory lane or just interested in the newest things each park has to offer, you can get it all on their blog. In addition to writing about all things Disney, they also ask patrons to share their experiences and suggestions. We can’t have a top ten without including Starbucks. This brand has really figured out how to utilize social media in their marketing endeavors. Their My Ideas In Action blog is dedicated to the thousands of ideas of Starbucks customers. This blog is broken down into three categories: Got An Idea? View Ideas. Ideas In Action.     Totally agree with you on Sephora! My must-go-to whenever there’s a product I’d like to know about. Like talking to your aunt or sorority soulmate! LOL! By the way, Meaghan, thanks for this post. Inspired an idea of making my own list of favorites as well… Hmmm… maybe self-help or online career blogs. Go, girl!
