Myles then founded VividContext, a social media marketing firm, which was acquired in 2008 by CommCreative, a unified marketing agency in Framingham, MA where he serves today as Chief Marketing Officer.

Alex Gonzalez

Alex Gonzalez is currently the VP of Audience Development of HighTable, a member's only website that helps accomplished professionals find and connect with peers and promising start-­‐ups in order to help each other build more successful businesses. In this role, Alex leads search engine marketing, social media and online PR efforts. A key member of HighTable's leadership team, he helps inform product decisions to ensure building a feature set meant to engage and provide value to HighTable’s overall membership.

A serial entrepreneur himself, Alex began his online career right out of college as a co-­‐founder of an internet retailer, Chipshot.com in 1998 that in 1999 was voted #1 online golf retailer by Gomez Advisors. After taking a few years to play on the South American PGA Tour throughout the Americas and in the Caribbean, Alex started a firm that provided direct sales and marketing services to small and mid-­‐size businesses through a combination of online lead generation, phone based lead qualification and outside field sales efforts. In 2008, Alex returned to the tech space and worked for Tippit (later www.focus.com) in building Focus' Expert Services product – comprised of high quality research, 1:1 analyst support and a thriving community of business and technology professionals. He managed the roll out of new vertical categories by identifying, recruiting, and bringing together thought leader Experts, end-­‐users and vendors that generated the information and research these professionals needed to make better business decisions.

Alex holds an AB from Harvard College in Romance Languages and Literatures and is currently on the advisory boards of two start-­‐ups: DietBet and Shopadee.

In addition to being a respected authority, public speaker and legal writer, Mr. Karp co-authored Puerto Rico's revised sweepstakes regulations. Before ePrize, he was partner/shareholder with Hurwitz, Karp, Wallach & Gantz, P.C. for 10 years. Gabe received a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.

Before joining Wayfair.com, Jane led the consumer engagement practice at PAN Communications, where she spent five years driving business development and client service for the agency. During which time, she led strategic communications programs for a number of national and international brands, including Tiffany & Co., Travelers and Valassis/Redplum.com, and developed integrated social media campaigns for consumer brands, including HP Hood, Mars and Wholly Guacamole. While at PAN, Jane also led U.S. public relations for Abicalcados - The Brazilian Footwear Industry Association, setting the groundwork for the association’s global social media best practices. Jane also held account management roles at Lois Paul & Partners and Schwartz Communications. Her award-winning campaigns for Mars, Travelers, Redplum.com and Wholly Guacamole have been recognized by PR News and the Publicity Club of New England. Alperin is an award winning journalist and media executive with an excellent track record driving innovation and growth at national media brands. Alperin is credited with turning around the digital business at ABC News and pioneering some of the first crowd sourced investigations at a major media organization. Alperin also helped lead the creation of Newscorp's ground breaking tablet newspaper, The Daily, which became the number one news app on the iPad. Previously he was a television writer and producer who worked closely with Peter Jennings for nearly a decade as the Head Writer for ABC's World News Tonight. Alperin has been recognized with a number of prestigious awards for excellence in journalism, including the Dupont, Murrow, and Writers Guild Awards. Alperin has an MBA from Columbia and BA from Harvard.

Kate Gardiner

She spends most of her time working with major media brands around the world to develop new technology and innovative editorial products rooted in social media. Kate spends much of her time on the road visiting newsrooms, beta-testing new ideas and discussing the impact of technology on legacy media production practices.
