    Payments can be made by American express, Visa, MasterCard, Company Check (USD checks must be drawn on a US bank), or by wire transfer.

    If registering 2 weeks or less prior to the start of the Conference, you must submit your credit card information as a form of payment. If registering more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the Conference and payment is not received at the time of registration, a credit card hold will be required to maintain your registration status. If payment is not received 2 business days prior to the conference date, the respective credit card will be utilized as the form of payment. Please make all checks payable to Global Strategic Management Institute. In the memo area of the check please write the name(s) of the Social Media Strategies Summit registrants(s) and Code: M168.

    Cancellation & Quality Assurance:

    For cancellations received in writing

    The Global Strategic Management Institute strives to provide you with the most productive and effective educational experience possible. If after completing the course you feel there is some way we can improve, please provide us in writing with your comments on the evaluation for provided up on arrival. Should you feel dissatisfied with your learning experience and wish to request a credit or refund, please submit it in writing no later than 10 business days after the end of the training to: VP of Educational Services, GSMI, 1501 India St. #103-60 San Diego, CA 92101 . We will evaluate individual complaints in a context of collective comments from the event.

    A $300 service fee will be charged on cancellations received less than four weeks from the date of the event. A credit memo will be sent reflective of your tuition rate minus the $300 cancellation service fee. The remaining tuition funds will only be valid for a future conference and must be used within one year of the credit memo. If you do not cancel your registration before the day of the event, you will be charged for the full conference amount. As speakers are confirmed months before the event, some speaker changes or topic changes may occur in the program. Global Strategic Management Institute is not responsible for speaker changes, but will work to ensure a comparable speaker is located to participate in the program.
