At Doubletree, she leads the brand's online strategy, working closely with the internal teams and agencies on search, display, website management and social media. Mohamed El SIOUFI

Mohamed El Sioufi has over 35 years of experience practicing, advising central and local authorities and teaching at universities in the field of human settlements. Since 1995, he has worked with UN-HABITAT as a Senior Human Settlements Advisor responsible for capacity development and technical cooperation in the Arab States and Africa. Programmes he developed and managed include human settlements design, environmental planning and management, governance, housing policy and projects, slum upgrading, post disaster institutional capacity development, and resource mobilization. He conceived, established and is coordinating the UN-HABITAT Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme (PSUP) which is operating in more than 40 countries in the African, Arab States, Caribbean and Pacific regions. Since January 2012, he is the Coordinator, Housing and Slum Upgrading Branch and the Executive Coordinator of the Global Housing Strategy to the year 2025. The GHS 2025 is an innovative initiative that facilitates sharing of up-to-date case studies and activities as they unfold in the field through social and professional media as well as developing and sharing evidence-based research among practitioners, local and central authorities, civil society and Habitat Agenda Partners to guide national and city housing and slum upgrading strategies in the context of sustainable urban development.

Yasmin is Counsel in the Business and Legal Affairs team for Warner Home Video and Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, which are the homevideo and digital distribution arms of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. She handles business affairs and legal issues for the WHV and WBDD affiliate offices in UK and Benelux, as well as in licensee markets across EMEA. This includes acquisitions, licensing, clearances, ecommerce, sales, marketing, antitrust, and coordinating with other WB divisions on diverse matters from anti-piracy to technical operations. A large part of Yasmin's role at Warner Bros. is to work with the marketing teams from the initial concept stage for a promotional activity through to its execution. The strategy for these activities increasingly straddles traditional media, retailer and other third party outlets with social media, own website and other online platforms.

Prior to joining Warner Bros., Yasmin was a solicitor at niche IP and digital media firm Laurence Kaye Solicitors, where she specialised in social media, IP and data protection matters. At Laurence Kaye Solicitors, Yasmin worked mainly with clients in the creative industries, from print and online publishers to software developers and internet start-ups.
Simon Heseltine

Simon Heseltine is the Director in charge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at AOL Inc. In this role Simon and his team are responsible for organic search and training across all AOL and Huffington Post Media Group properties, such as Engadget, Huffington Post, Daily Finance, etc. He has also visited the UK office on several occasions to consult and train the AOL-UK teams on SEO best practices.

In his previous position as Director of Search at a Washington D.C. based agency, Simon was responsible for developing and implementing organic search and social media strategies for companies across several industries. He also developed and delivered training programs for clients, including a large U.S. media company, to enable them to best take advantage of the opportunities available to their companies through both organic search and social media.

Simon is a frequent speaker at conferences in the US & UK on topics ranging from SEO to Social Search to Reputation Management. He also teaches SEO at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. as part of their Digital Media Management program.

Simon writes a regular column for SearchEngineWatch.com on a variety of topics within the marketing industry, and has previously written for other industry sites, such as SearchEngineLand.com (for their in-house marketing column).
