Sabrina is the Director of the Corporate Social Media team for Hilton, where her team leads two global social programs and provides social support for each level of the enterprise, including brands and hotels.
Sabrina joined Hilton in 2012, during the rollout of their eCommerce program. Her first four years with Hilton were focused on driving web direct revenue for her portfolios, ranging in variety and spanning from California to New York. Her work in eCommerce required an in-depth knowledge of hotel analytics, which were used to drive each property’s digital strategy.
In June 2016, Sabrina joined the Social Media team, where she leverages data to drive Hilton’s global social programs – Lobby Buzz, Hilton’s employee advocacy program and Hilton Suggests, Hilton’s Surprise & Delight program, fueled by 120 Team Members across the globe. Her team also partners closely with Hilton legal to develop social governance and guidance and is responsible for enterprise social reporting.
Sabrina rarely enjoys a dull moment, as every spare second is spent chasing her three-year-old or unsuccessfully attempting to get her six-month-old to sleep. She is a farm girl at heart and graduated from The University of Kansas (#RockChalk) with a B.S. in Journalism, with an emphasis in Public Relations.
