Krista started her professional social media journey back in 2015 as the youngest member of the social media team for Pope Francis' visit to the United States at the age of 19. There, she collaborated and learned from some of the top photographers, content creator, digital marketers, and community managers in the industry. During this time, Krista was introduced to the world of social media analytics and quickly understood the importance of both social media engagement and analytics. Currently, Krista is the Social Insights Manager at NASCAR and a freelance photographer in Charlotte, NC. At NASCAR, her focus is being accountable to a variety of analytics tools to provide insights around how users, followers, fans, and viewers engage with the sport. Prior to NASCAR, Krista was the Social Media Assistant for the Carolina Panthers, and continues to work with sports teams around the Charlotte area.
