Gabriela Head leads Microsoft’s cloud offerings social and blog strategy and execution. She's responsible for overseeing more than 120 corporate engines that serve worldwide. These channels support customers through their decision-making journey. Before joining Microsoft four years ago, Gabriela worked as a digital and social consultant supporting Fortune 100 brands like Nike, Lowe's, Abbot Pharmaceuticals, and HP among others. During this time, she had the opportunity to interview over 1,000 B2B technology decision-makers to learn how they use social, web, search, and communities to inform their decision-making process.
