Brad has more than a decade of marketing experience and has spent his career developing breakthrough approaches to building brands, inspiring people and delivering growth.

Currently, he is responsible for designing and executing global integrated marketing programs to engage and accelerate growth of LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers. Prior, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at strategy execution consulting firm, Gagen MacDonald, working with clients including Johnson and Johnson, Merck, Walgreens, Dow/DuPont, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Client Service at digital marketing agency Rise Interactive, responsible for leading go-to-market strategy, customer relationships and revenue. Earlier in his career, Brad was the Director of Marketing at Sun-Times Media, overseeing all marketing activity for 41 brands in the company’s media portfolio.

In 2016, Brad was recognized for his commitment to excellence by the American Marketing Association as a “4 Under 40 Emerging Marketing Leader,” one of the industry’s highest individual honors. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Chapter of the American Marketing Association and has been an active member of the Marketing Leadership Council at Forrester Research and the CMO Club. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Roosevelt University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Eastern Illinois University.
