What’s included in my ticket? 

When you purchase a pass to the event, your pass includes:

  • Access to all sessions happening October 20 –21
  • Access to all additional on-demand sessions 
  • Access to live Q&A sessions with speakers after each session
  • Discussion rooms & ability to chat and interact with other attendees on the event portal

Can I access presentations after the event is over?

Yes! When the event concludes, we’ll be uploading all videos and speaker slides to our event website, which you will have access to. 

When will presentations be available after the conference for download? 

We’ll be able to have slides and presentations available by November 10, 2020.

I registered online but haven’t received an email confirmation or a receipt yet. What should I do?

You should have received a confirmation receipt immediately after your transaction is completed. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If there is a delay, contact Andrea Vargas or give her a call at 619-597-7236.

Are there discounts for sending a group from our company?

Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person — and we want as many of your colleagues as possible to experience SMSS! Group discounts available depending on how many team members you plan on sending. For specific pricing details, contact Andrea Vargas.

How can I interact with other event attendees and speakers? 

There are a few ways you can interact with others attending the conference:

  • While live sessions are running, you can chat with other attendees and submit questions for speakers.
  • Sessions will be followed live Q&A with speakers.
  • Access our “Discussions” area of the event page where you can participate in discussion boards with other attendees.

How do I log in for the event?

You’ll be receiving log-in details 3 days prior to the start of the event. Please make sure [email protected] is added to your safe-sender list as you'll be receiving log-in info from her email address!

You’ll be able to view all available live sessions from the event portal, including speaker and session details, and you’ll join each session directly from the event portal.

What happens if I don’t receive my log-in details? 

If you have not received your log-in details the day before the event, please contact Luke at [email protected].  

What can I do to ensure an optimal viewing experience?

Disable your pop-up blocker and enable Flash (most sessions require it). If you enabled Flash but still see an error message, try refreshing your browser. If you’re having bandwidth issues, use a hardwired Internet connection if possible.

What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?

Try refreshing your browser. Ensure your computer or speaker audio is activated. 

What do I do if I have questions for the speaker?

Use the Q&A box in the session room! Speakers will be taking questions live after each session.
