Rachel Freeman

Rachel Freeman has been with the City of Austin since 2018. In her role, she develops and executes engaging social media campaigns to educate and connect with Austin residents. She also guides citywide social media strategy and serves on the governing board of the City’s Social Media Committee. Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Texas State University. She enjoys long walks with her husband and their dog in her downtime.
