Lauren is the Digital Communication Strategist for Gilbert, Arizona, a community of more than 273,000 residents located in the Phoenix metro area. She is a part of the award-winning Gilbert Digital team and oversees the strategy and implementation of Gilbert’s 30+ social media accounts.

Gilbert Digital was the recipient of a Copper Anvil award in the category of Crisis Communications for Gilbert’s COVID-19 Response from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Phoenix. The team also was named “Social Media Team of the Year” by Government Social Media.

Lauren loves using social media to help residents feel connected to their community and enjoys learning about new and creative ways to interact with citizens online.
