Danielle Shepard has served the City of Tampa's Marketing Department for six years, focusing on digital marketing, social media strategy, and crisis communications. Previously, she served in the nonprofit world for two years as the Brand Specialist for ZooTampa at Lowry Park. Danielle and her team were responsible for a complete rebranding of the zoo and landed the National Geographic show, "Secrets of the Zoo: Tampa." With an undergraduate BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and a postgraduate MA in Mass Communication Digital Strategy from the University of Florida, she uses a combination of formal education and experiential knowledge to serve the City of Tampa each and every day.
