What’s included in my ticket?
When you purchase a pass to the event, your pass includes access to:
- All sessions happening December 10–11, 2025
- Live Q&A sessions with speakers after each session
- 1:1 meetings, networking lounge, and event feed
- Closed captions during live sessions
- Video presentations and speaker slides post-event
Registration add-ons
Access to the optional pre-summit workshop on May 20 is separate from your general summit registration. The workshops are an additional fee; you must purchase them as an add-on.
Can I access the presentations after the event is over?
Yes! We’ll be uploading all videos and speaker slides after the live broadcast. They’ll be available for six months after the event. Workshop recordings are available upon request for registered workshop attendees.
I registered online but haven’t received an email confirmation or a receipt. What should I do?
You should have received a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your transaction was completed. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If there is a delay, contact Andrea Vargas at [email protected] or call her at 619-597-7236.
Are there discounts for sending a group from our company?
Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person and want you and your colleagues to experience SMSsummit! Group discounts are available depending on how many team members you send. Contact Andrea Vargas at [email protected] for details.
How do I log in for the event?
We will email all attendees their login codes three business days before the conference on April 16th. Your unique login code will come directly from Zoom Events via email: [email protected].
What happens if I don’t receive my login details?
If you have yet to receive your login details the day before the event, please contact Breanna at [email protected].
