Angelina is a dedicated Senior City Council Aide to Denver City Councilwoman Jamie Torres, where she spearheads strategic community and communication initiatives. In this role, she engages with city agencies, stakeholders, and constituents to address pressing community issues, ensuring that diverse voices are heard and represented. Her expertise lies in developing comprehensive communication strategies, including surveys, newsletters, and social media campaigns, all aimed at fostering transparency and collaboration within the community.

With a Master’s in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience. Previously, Angelina served as the Marketing Coordinator at Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center, where she promoted Chicana/o/x arts through innovative marketing strategies and community engagement. She was honored with the Leadership Institute Fellowship and the Advocacy Leadership Fellowship from the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures.

Angelina’s extensive background in digital marketing has equipped her with skills to analyze data and optimize communication efforts effectively. A firm believer in the power of community-driven communication, she works tirelessly to ensure that the voices of underrepresented groups are amplified, contributing to a more inclusive and engaged civic dialogue.
