Thanh-Thanh "TT" Pham leads and coordinates social media communication tactics for the U.S. Department of Agriculture that are designed to inform and educate the general public and constituencies about the programs, activities and services of USDA. She oversees a team that creates, analyzes and monitors day-to-day content for the Department's primary social media channels. TT's career the federal government began at USDA Rural Development's Tennessee State Office where she served as the state's public information officer.
