Liane Fiano is the Social Media Director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She aims to serve as a digital translator, bringing the voice of the public into policymaking and making policy interesting and engaging for social media audiences. She previously worked in the private sector at the pharmaceutical giant, Eli Lilly and Company where she helped to build and manage a best-in-class global digital and social media program. Liane received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her M.A. in Media and Public Affairs from George Washington University.
