During this session, you'll learn how to grow your social media channels through community-focused engagement, strategic planning of content posting, and leveraging community partnerships to reach a larger audience.

Ongoing media training with Detroit police officers helps develop the most relevant content that directly impacts residents. As a civilian department member, Cara must build relationships with officers and other sworn members to provide transparent and impactful information across our more than two dozen department social pages. She'll discuss her challenges and successes in growing and maintaining a robust social presence for the Detroit Police Department.
