Allison Matherly has spent the past 8 years building community and relationships as the Coordinator of Digital Engagement at Texas Tech University. As the voice of the university online, she is responsible for strategy and content creation for the main Texas Tech accounts. In addition to her role as social media manager, she serves as the manager of the university's emergency notifications and is the voice of the university during crises. When not writing the perfect tweet, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their five pets and balancing her extremely digital life with some old-fashioned crochet.
