Ellen Doepke is an award-winning digital storyteller and social media strategist. At Michigan State University, she manages the institutional social media accounts and acts as the university’s official voice to an audience of more than a million followers across the world.

In her role, she is responsible for developing and implementing the university’s social media strategy. She also leads the creation of content that helps move the Spartans Will. brand forward in the digital space. 

With a focus on social media, storytelling, and writing, she has a decade of experience in higher education marketing and communications. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
