From creating killer content, engaging with your audience, attending events, answering DMs and announcing big news quickly to staying on top of the latest trends and dealing with trolls, all while trying to accomplish your institutional goals. I’ve been in your shoes and social in higher ed is tough, but it doesn’t have to be! In this hands-on workshop, you will take the strategies and tactics learned and immediately turn them into action. You will leave with a great start on a plan you can adapt for any campus, department or organization. 

Who is this training for? This training is for anyone who has direct responsibility for managing social media networks while creating content and measuring success. From intern to exec, this training will create focus in your social strategy and help you work smarter, not harder.

  • Build a Content Inventory that allows you to work smarter not harder
  • Develop a Social Snapshot to actively measure your success and prove your ROI
