Nicole Cho is a social media OG, having started pitching bloggers and journalists via Twitter in 2008. She is the social media manager at Caltech, where she helps the world connect with the science being produced by some of the world's leading researchers and engineers.

Nicole believes that asking and answering the question "how can I help" is the secret to developing effective communication.
