As the current Head of Social Media for the Keck School of Medicine of USC, Laura Nickerson oversees all content creation and strategy for the school’s social media accounts. Specializing in video content creation, her strategy grew their TikTok account to over 34k followers in the first year. Before working at USC, Laura was the social media manager for Pepperdine University and a Digital Content Producer for America’s Funniest Home Videos. She also previously worked as a branded video producer and influencer, partnering with brands including Tide Pods, Invisalign, and Buzzfeed. Her videos have reached a collective audience of over 25 million views.
