Sydney Jones-Wright is a dedicated higher education communications, digital marketing, and social media professional with over six years of experience. Throughout her career, Sydney has held various roles, including Social Media Specialist, Associate Director of Social Media and Communications, Director of Digital Media Services at Jacksonville State University, and is currently the Associate Director of Communications at Vanderbilt University.

At Vanderbilt, Sydney is critical in managing all strategic communication efforts for the Chancellor and the Provost. As the Associate Director of Executive Communications, Sydney oversees internal and external communications on behalf of the Provost and manages official social media platforms. She is also instrumental in coordinating communications between the six academic deans, working closely with on-campus partners to ensure all messaging aligns with the Vanderbilt vision.
