Alyssa Cressotti is the Director of Communications and Digital Engagement at Pace University, ranked in the top 9% of private U.S. colleges for return on tuition investment. For nearly 15 years, she has shaped the University’s voice across digital platforms, leading strategy and content for Pace.edu and its flagship social media accounts. Alyssa manages a team focused on brand storytelling, thought leadership, and executive communications, while also directing crisis response and institutional reputation strategy. She’s led a full-scale rebrand, built long-form digital publications, and helped elevate the public profile of university leadership. Alyssa holds an MBA and a BA in English and Communications from Pace University and an MA in Media Studies from The New School. When she’s not doomscrolling, she’s living her best horse girl life.
