Sarah Barnes has more than 20 years of experience as a writer and editor for print and digital communications. At Harvey Mudd College, she is part of a small but mighty communications team that produces everything from web content to alumni magazines to academic department newsletters to social media and more. Born and raised in Southern California, Sarah earned a bachelor's degree in English literature from Cal Poly Pomona (go, Broncos!) and is better than average at creating nail art and sleeping in. She adores kids, talking to strangers, roller skating, and shopping solo at Target.
