As Social Media Product Manager at Hilton Worldwide, Lee Diaz is responsible for the development of social tools and strategic partnerships as well as team member social engagement strategies. He serves as the lead for the Hilton Suggests program, which connects team members around the world with travelers seeking local know-how on Twitter. He also leads the growth of Hilton’s employee engagement and advocacy program, Lobby Buzz, launched 2016.
Previous to Hilton, Lee was the Director of Strategy & Solutions at SocialChorus, leading in the implementation of employee advocate programs, and developing and sharing best practices with key Fortune 1000 brands. Lee also served as senior manager in social business at AT&T for four years responsible for creating internal initiatives to drive social collaboration, employee social education, and leading the AT&T Social Circle, one of the largest employee brand advocate programs in the world.
Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
