As Social Media Manager, Erika leads the training and development for Carnegie Dartlet’s Digital team across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, and YouTube. She works with all teams to provide quality assurance, ensuring the successful creation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of social media advertising, while also supporting the Inbound Marketing team with organic social media SEO projects.

Prior to working at Carnegie Dartlet, she worked at several colleges and universities in the greater Boston area, responsible for executing their marketing and social media strategies, and acting as a consultative lead for integrated marketing projects. Erika earned her MA in Communications Management and BA in Communications from Simmons College.
