Carissa currently holds a senior marketing position within McKesson’s Brand team. She is responsible for telling the company’s story through a variety of lenses. She and her team host marketers, C-Suite level executives representing some of the industry’s top thought leaders, reporters, and legislators in the corporation’s state of the art Vision Center. Her focus this year is to help take the story to the next level.
Prior to coming to McKesson, she held a Social Media Delivery Deployment lead role with the title of Senior Business Program Manager focusing on consumer support businesses. This included, not only the MicrosoftHelps handle that was recognized as one of the top handles providing support as a direct reflection of her social support tone of voice project, but other high-volume handles and modalities.
She’s grateful that she is a trusted advisor across support as well as marketing organizations in the healthcare and technology industries. She’s passionate about sharing her growth story with others and connecting with great talent tasked with making magic happen in their organizations daily. She thoroughly enjoys mentoring and sharing openly so that she can help others grow. She feels it’s her way of giving back for all the amazing talent that invested in her.
