For more than 20 years, Jennifer has held globally diverse leadership roles at GE including stints in Six Sigma, Product Management, and Marketing.  Her passion, however, is Women’s Health and is where she has been focused for the last decade. It is also where she finds the most passionate clinicians and customers focused on a healthier future for women.

Jennifer is currently the Women’s Health Segment Leader for Ultrasound where she is responsible for establishing and executing the go-to-market strategy (including social media).

In her free time, Jennifer is very active in sports and outdoor activities. She lives, works and plays in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area with her husband Phil and their three magnificent boys Benjamin, William, and Maxwell.

Her passion for healthcare and her family collided with the newly created People with Disabilities at GE Healthcare, an employee resource group that Jennifer co-leads in the Milwaukee area.

Investing in Their Success – Using Social Media to Drive Sales

Change is hard.  Even more when it means getting a seasoned and successful sales team to do something different, especially if it has the possibility of disrupting their revenue stream.  Jennifer Janowski, the Women’s Health Segment leader for GE Healthcare’s ultrasound business, will speak about how she partnered with GE’s BrilliantYou and Forward Progress to adapt their social selling curriculum and delivery mechanism to deliver results in her business.  

Jennifer will share how she engaged and motivated a diverse US commercial team, cultivating untapped resources to help the team build out their individual profiles, networks, and content.

  • Help your sales team connect to customers:  leveraging CRM tools, making it easy, hands-on demonstrations
