Bill Mrazek is a manager of social media marketing and advertising at Raise, an online and mobile app based gift card marketplace that enables customers to buy and sell gift cards, store credits, and e-gift cards, below face value. Bill's responsibilities include developing and evilving the start up's social customer service, content and community management strategy, and social advertising strategy.
Prior to joining the marketing team at Raise, Bill was an associate of social media marketing and advertising at GrubHub. Before his corporate adventures, Bill started his career at Edelman Chicago, focusing on new business, social content and community strategy, and analytics for the Digital team.
When Bill isn't working he has his nose buried in a comic book. As a newlywed, Bill and his wife enjoy trying new restaurants, brewery hopping (pun not intended), working out, and playing with their Wolfhound mix puppy (he'll have pictures readily available if you're interested).
