Janice Kim leads the social strategy and manages the social channels for Lithium Technologies and Klout. She also focuses on highlighting customer success stories by producing case studies and managing the Lithium’s Digital Customer Excellence Awards.
Prior to Lithium, she was a Marketing Director at GE Capital. She’s held previous roles at General Electric, CNBC, and NBC News. Janice earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
