Lisa Perez joined Mattel in 2014 to lead social media for the Barbie brand and has since joined the ranks of the Global Brand Marketing team. Prior to joining Mattel, Lisa lead the global social media strategy for the Specialty Select brand portfolio at Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
Before venturing into the toy and hospitality industries, Lisa cut her digital / social media chops at Edelman Digital in both Los Angeles and New York. Former clients include: eBay Fashion, T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Qualcomm, and more.
Lisa began her career with Bloomingdale’s, where she developed a keen eye for emerging fashion / retail / entertainment trends that has been an asset to her work in the digital and social space.
Lisa earned her Bachelors of Science in Communications from Northwestern University and her MBA in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. Lisa is a major fashionphile and has the shoe collection to prove it.
