Olivia Melikhov is the Senior Manager of Social Media on ASPCA’s Media and Communications team. In her role, she is responsible for working to shape the ASPCA brand reputation in the online space. This includes developing innovative social media ideas to generate awareness for key program areas. She oversees social media monitoring, analytics reporting, and social media crisis communication. She also worked to launch ASPCA's first interactive mobile app and continues to act as the product lead.
Prior to the ASPCA, Olivia was a Social and Digital Media Strategist at Hunter Public Relations, where she helped develop a robust social media practice for the agency by educating staff, winning business with clients and launching successful social marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies.
Olivia lives in Oakland, CA with her boyfriend and her rescue Pit Bull, Carmela. She is also a yoga teacher.
