Nick Verlaney is the Director of Social Media at Merkle, helping clients develop new, bespoke, and award-winning social campaigns and strategies that drive awareness and engagement. Nick has more than 12 years of experience in content and campaign creation and community management for national and global brands across the retail, CPG, financial services, and technology industries, including Google Fiber, Intel, Peloton, HUB International, Central Michigan University, Lee Jeans, and Nebraska Furniture Mart. As of 2021, Nick has led Merkle’s Social Commerce capability and has developed go-to-market plans for brands on Meta Commerce and TikTok Shopping. Outside of work, Nick hosts the biggest Chelsea FC podcast in the world, and has a passion for audio storytelling.
