Eboni Munn

It Gets Better Project

Eboni is a Communications, Content and Marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the nonprofit sector. She holds an M.A. in Media Studies from The New School and a B.A. in Communications from Howard University. 

Most recently, Eboni worked as a Communications Consultant for Dignity and Power Now, an organization positioned to serve the incarcerated population in L.A. County. She is currently the Director of Brand Marketing, Content and Creative at the It Gets Better Project leading brand storytelling efforts and integrated marketing initiatives.

Building on her work with nonprofits, she also spent three and a half years shaping the voice of NYC Pride to include underrepresented LGBTQIA+ community members through branding, marketing, content creation, and press relations for WorldPride NYC | Stonewall 50. 

For her efforts, she has been awarded Branding, Marketing, Social Media, and Viral Content achievements from the Webby Awards, PR News Digital Awards and The Telly Awards. She is also an Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
