Elena Koutsavakis

Elena Koutsavakis is an experienced communications leader, facilitator, event host and influencer of positive work environments. 

She is Owner & Chief Igniter of BOOM Strategies, an Ottawa-based facilitation, event hosting, and training company focused on leadership and teambuilding.

Elena is committed to helping others unlock their potential, articulate and achieve their career aspirations, and recognize the value they can bring to any organization. She has experience leading teambuilding events, training seminars and symposiums.

Elena has worked in the Communications field for 20 years in both senior advisor and management/executive roles. She has worked in strategic communications, social media, media relations, and corporate communications. But her real passion is helping leaders and teams to build positive work environments where people feel driven to succeed. 

Elena has a BA Honours, Magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa in Communications.
