Tyler Wentworth is the Senior Director of Social Media at IPSY, the largest beauty membership in the world, home to sample-size beauty subscription Glam Bag and full-size beauty subscription BoxyCharm. A social media and content strategy expert, Tyler currently spearheads all social media efforts at IPSY. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, he crafts the vision for effective social community growth and engagement on channels like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and more. For his industry-leading work, Tyler has been recognized as a Shorty Award Winner, a Top 10 Brand TikTok Expert by Business Insider and a 2022 Adweek Executive Mentorship Program Mentee. Prior to IPSY, Tyler has led brand social strategy both in-house and agency side for over a decade. Most notably, Tyler built the highly-engaged social presence for MANSCAPED, the booming men’s grooming startup from the ground-up during his tenure there. Tyler has also had the fortune of working with iconic brands across dozens of categories including e.l.f. Cosmetics, Red Bull, Alterra Mountain Resorts (Ikon Pass, Mammoth, Deer Valley), Red Robin, Michelin, LG and Pella Windows. Throughout his career, Tyler has been recognized nationally for his industry-leading approach to social media and has spoken at several national conferences on behalf of his brand partners.
