Documenting your social data strategy: Linking social media initiatives to business results

One of the biggest mistakes marketers make is overlooking the importance of setting measurement criteria before launching a campaign or program. After all, how are you supposed to know whether or not a campaign is successful if you haven’t outlined how you are going to measure the results? In this session, our focus will be entirely on connecting the data and results of a social media initiative to business goals.
