Justine Fudali is an experienced social media specialist with global expertise in strategy for businesses and brands across health & beauty, travel, pharma and big tech.

As a Strategist at Khoros, Justine provides customers with specialised expertise in team, project and campaign management across all major social networks while keeping an eye on a long-term vision for goals and growth. Prior to her current role, Justine worked at the A.S. Watson Group (ASW), the world’s largest health & beauty retailer, leading social strategy including content, social listening and analytics across 17 business units in Europe. During her time at ASW, she pioneered new ways to connect with customers on social media including innovative virtual try-ons and filters, simultaneously growing engagement and sales for the business.

 

Leveraging platforms like TikTok, Justine has persistently pushed boundaries for building brand equity and value by developing inclusive, interactive campaigns catering to diverse audiences. Within her role, she also oversaw influencer and ambassador programmes amplifying brand awareness and turning one-time customers into loyal advocates for the brand. Throughout her career, Justine has been focusing on upskilling and leading global teams, facilitating opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and collaboration.
